These guys got my truck right!!! Ive had a phantom no start on my truck for the better part of a year and these guys got down to it, tore out my center console, my seats, the lower part of my dash to get to my harness and found a section that was corroded through! They did a full work up on my truck while i had it in and took care of some ball joints, my sway bar, shocks and a battery for me! My trucks never ran this good since i got it 5 years ago and i forgot it could even start on the first try after such a long time! Very happy with my recommendation to come here and will be paying it forward to others in the future.

I recently took my car to Independence Auto Repair at 28775 Van Dyke Ave in Warren, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and straightforward—no upselling or pressure tactics. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly (including what was and wasn’t necessary), and got the repairs done efficiently. The work was high-quality, and they even followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly afterward. Prices were fair and competitive, and I appreciated the warranty they stand behind on their work. Whether it’s routine maintenance, brakes, alignment, or bigger repairs, this shop feels honest and reliable. Bill and the team really know their stuff and treat customers right. I’ve already recommended them to friends and family, and I’ll definitely be back for future service.

Great customer service experience. Came to shop to get an estimate on a oil leak, received same day quote after inspection of vehicle, repairs where completed within 1 day of dropping off, mechanic also explained and showed what parts where needing repair prior to receiving quote. Will return for any future vehicle repair needs. Thanks for your professional business experience!

2pm in the afternoon, and my breaks were locking up, I called these guys and asked if they were busy. (always busy) I told them what's going. I dropped my car off not expecting it to be ready until the next day. They took care of me 100% and finished the work the same day. Highly recommended, great guys. Been going there for about 10 + yrs. Never an issue. This is not the first time they took care of me when I was in a bind.

It’s very hard to trust mechanics now a days due to scams and a consumers lack of knowledge of a vehicle. I can confidently say you can trust these people with your vehicle. The honesty about what needs to be repaired and what I could save money on was such a breathe of fresh air from a mechanic. The pricing they provided me was extremely reasonable and the explaining of the cost was amazing as well. If you have a foreign vehicle you need to go here. These guys are honest and reasonable people.
